Post Residency 2025

Join our 3-6 month Coffee Residency Program and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of specialty coffee in Mexico. Residents will visit coffee farms to explore the journey of coffee from seed to cup, taste and evaluate diverse profiles, learn the intricacies of green coffee buying, master the art of roasting, and grow your experience as a barista. Beyond coffee, you'll dive into the rich heritage of Mexico and collaborate with us to redefine sustainable practices for working with farmers, shaping a brighter, more equitable future for coffee production.

We welcome baristas and coffee professionals with diverse backgrounds from all around the world to apply, and will support the growth of their practice.

We have built a small team at Post that more resembles having a family. We are all passionate about coffee and are excited to welcome a new member into our team.

Important Dates

We will be taking applications December 20,2024. We will schedule interviews shortly after then and announce winners by early next year. Depending on the candidate and their schedule, we can begin the residency in early to mid 2025.

Resources

• We will provide housing in the wonderful neighborhood of Roma Norte.

• Stipend of $20,000 MXN per month, paid out on a weekly basis

• Trips to coffee farms during the time of harvest

• Weekly team outings and happy hours

• 5 day work week
